If you’re a CPA or an accountant then you know what we know – a career in public accounting is built upon the idea that a lot of the times things really suck, but for “reasons” (waves hand suspiciously) and it’s totally worth it.
We reject that idea.

When we hire, we hire for a reason. We do not hire to micromanage, but instead hire individuals who excel when given increasing autonomy. We exist to innovate and innovation comes from our team constantly searching for a better way.
We are systems and process-oriented.
We develop systems and processes to reduce administrative workload and non-productive clerical tasks so our team can focus on delivering client value, not manipulating bad data.
We do not understaff.
The most identifiable management technique in public accounting is to punish your star performers and force your underperformers out. We reject that massively flawed approach and strive to always preempt our growth with staffing first, revenue second.
